Forty new dishes drawn from old Thai recipes, even better beach views.

Design-savvy travelers just can’t get enough of The Library's clean, beach-chic lines and amazing sunset cocktails. So much so that the Samui hotel has had to expand its restaurant, The Page.

You’ll now find not just more seats perfectly poised for beach views, but also a list of 40 new dishes drawn from old Thai recipes.

Go for Samrab Thai, the eight-course set dinner, to get a well-rounded hit of rare flavors like gaeng run juan nua nong lai (beef stewed in shrimp paste soup), yum moo waan sai ponlamai priksod (sweet pork spicy salad) and nam prik maprao kua naem nua kem (roasted coconut paste with salted beef)—B3,900 for two people.

Room rates start from B10,500.
