Made up of 30 recycled shipping containers, Block O features nine project studios and two venue-for-hire studios available for both long- and short-term rental. A green space designed to encourage interaction among tenants, Block O has sustainability at heart. Most elements of the project were built with recycled and salvaged materials, it features a rainwater collection system and uses creeper walls to keep the containers cool.
