CBD drones, rejoice!

There's always lots to do at Tanjong Pagar, with its cool shophouses, bars and restaurants. If you work around there, or hang around there after work, you'll be glad to know that the CBD may be transformed into a space that is three times the size of Marina Bay in 2027, according to the URA.

This project is called the Greater Southern Waterfront area and will include a whopping 30-kilometer nature trail connecting Labrador Park to Gardens by the Bay. It'll also connected to the Green Corridor, too. These improvement are second in line, however, to the construction of buildings like the  Eon Shenton, PS100 and the 290-meter Tanjong Pagar Centre, that will be Singapore's tallest building when it's done later this year. The Tanjong Pagar Centre will have a double-storey urban park. As for the other buildings, there's no word on who the tenants of these new buildings will be, but expect more shops and restaurants.
