Singapore is almost certainly getting its first official Apple store next year
Good news for Steve Jobs acolytes.
You've already turned over your life's savings to Apple. Soon you'll be able to do it at their first-ever official store in Singapore, according to a recent story by Tech In Asia.
Rumor has it that Pure Fitness is vacating its Knightsbridge space in Orchard to make way for a brick-and-mortar Apple store in 2016. It looks like other stores are also giving up their space for the tech giant. (Maybe they'll do a giant 3-D cube structure like in New York? Oooh!) Apple nerds already know that the R&D and sales and marketing HQ is located in Ang Mo Kio, and apparently takes up several floors.
Apple has yet to confirm, but chances are you'll be queueing here for the next iPhone release.
