A new microbrewery will open this week in Singapore
And it's got some of the biggest beer tanks we've seen here, but they won't be brewing their own beer until the setup is complete.
There's a new microbrewery in the making and it's located in a huge industrial-cool warehouse-like space behind Changi Village Food Centre.
Little Island Brewing Co. will brew beers like pale and golden ales, wheat beers and stouts on tap—once the brew room gets going, that is. In the meantime, the space has a DIY payment and tapping system where you can pour your own pints of Adnams and Tuatura craft brews. For those who don't drink, there are spritzers and housemade colas, too.
No amount of beer drinking is complete without good grub. The menu has plenty of smoked and grilled items like briskets, pork belly and lamb breasts. The space is slated to open later in July.
