Forget pan-fried, boiled or sauteed items. It's all about grilling now and here's where to go.

Grills are hot on every foodie's list. Everyone seems to want in on the open fire action. Here's where to score some juicy meat, and it's not just limited to steak.

Braseiro

A modern Brazilian barbecue joint, or churrascaria, this place works on a novelty ordering system. For $19.90, you get a choice of beef steak, beef skewer or barbecued roast chicken that all come with free flow fries and garden salad. The only thing you'll have to worry about is what drink to pair it with.

Copper

While it's fundamentally a cocktail bar, they've recently opened an upstairs dining room focusing on a degustation menu of grilled dishes. Whether you go for a five- or eight-course dinner, there are plates of Kagoshima wagyu, roasted wood pigeon, rosti and caramelized brussel sprouts, all cooked in a fancy Josper grill.

Fix Grill

An extension of the industrial-looking Fix Cafe, this halal restaurant takes cues from warm and smoky Mediterannean flavors. On the menu are grill platters with Greek-style beef keftedes, lamb moussaka and chicken tsukune skewers.

Fyr Cycene Ond Drinc

While we're a little tired of the name, this CBD grill has all sorts of Asian-tinged dishes. For starters, the ribeye steak is pretty darn juicy and comes with Java curry dressing, but the best part is the whole (and deboned) red snapper with sambal belacan.

Lollapalooza

Lolla's sister outlet in cool co-working space The Working Capitol has a daily changing menu. Not everything here is grilled, but a sizable portion is. There are dishes like char-grilled iberico de bellota, wagyu ribeye cap, pork chops and some offal options like lamb hearts and tongue.

Opus Bar & Grill

Hilton's newest restaurant is pretty sexy and not at all stuffy like your normal hotel steakhouse. The kitchen specializes in Himalayan salt tile dry-aging cabinets that stores slabs of meat like Kobe wagyu ribeye steaks and 36-hour pork belly with lychee and coffee.

Wildfire Kitchen + Bar

Botanic Gardens' got a cool casual burger and grill joint. Since a burger is technically grilled, there are hefty options like the Triple Bacon with a bacon weave, a juicy beef patty, caramelized onions, bacon jam and cheddar cheese, as well as a grilled hanger steak with roasted tomatoes and spinach. Did we mention they have an excellent craft beer list, too?
