Sukhumvit Soi 38's super-hip Hands and Heart cafe now roasts its own coffee. Open to the public, the new roasting house out the back of Phra Khanong sticks to a minimalist black and white aesthetic similar to the cafe. Take a look at the slick operation in our video.
