Bangkok's foie gras specialist now has a permanent outlet.

After two years making its name at farmers’ markets and supplying restaurants, foie gras specialist Vivin (G/F, Central Chidlom. BTS Chit Lom) has finally opened a grocery outlet at a corner of Central Chidlom’s Food Hall.

On top of the brand's selection of foie gras mi-cuit (pre-cooked and pasteurized foie gras, B540-1,380) it also offers plenty more gourmet delicacies like dried duck breast (B195), locally-harvested sea salt (from B180) from Phetchaburi, goat cheese (B290) from Chonburi and spirits like the Phuket-made Chalong Bay Rum (B480-1,100).
