As a part of The Cliff's rotating roster of pedigreed chefs, Michelin-starred Saul Bolton makes his debut guest stint in Singapore. Coming all the way from New York City where his flagship restaurant Saul is located, expect lots of local ingredients with his East-meets-West approach to food. The six-course dinner includes dishes like sea urchin chawanmushi paired with black truffle vinaigrette and hard-shelled lobster with carrot curry and long beans.
