With Bangkok nightlife getting more expensive by the day, we dropped by 11 of the city's most popular bars to find out how much they charge for this most ubiquitous of drinks, and whether that price is justified. (*All 330ml bottles unless otherwise stated)
We got 165 responses to our little sex apps survey. Only one of them identified as a gay woman and three as bisexuals, hence the sad decision we made to leave them out of our graphs entirely. (One had a great story, though, read it below.) Also, note that 70 percent of the respondents were gay men, and the breakdown for the straight respondents is 60 percent male to 40 percent female.
OK, so Hooters has just opened. Otherwise, it seems like Bangkok’s sleaziest area is finally getting on board with the whole not-pandering-to-sexpats thing.
