Hoama x TAAN Indian-Thai Dinner: Toward Fresh Herbs & Dry Spices

With their shared passion for "hyper-local" cuisine, executive chefs Deepanker “DK” Khosla (Haoma) and Monthep “Thep” Kamolsilp (Taan) are coming together for a night of Indian and Thai flavors cooked using zero-waste ingredients. Anselmi & Nicolis Wine Dinner at Rossini’s

On Thursday, Rossini’s will present a five-course dinner with wine pairings from two renowned Italian wineries: Nicolis in San Pietro, Verona and Anselmi from Soave, Veneto. Expect modern Italian cuisine, like deep-fried zucchini blossom in saffron batter with crab meat, and braised beef cheek with pumpkin and ginger. Priced at B4,200 per person, including wine pairings with each course.

S.C-C Kitchen Takeover: Andy Ricker of Pok Pok Restaurant

On Jul 4, Siwilai City Club welcomes to the kitchen Andy Ricker, a two-time James Beard Award winner, cookbook author and owner of Pok Pok Restaurants in Portland. Together, the bartenders will recreate some of the iconic tiki cocktails from Smuggler's Cove.
