What does the future hold for the TCDC?
First, a storm of rumors circulated that the Thailand Creative & Design Center (TCDC) is under threat of closure, then the junta annulled the creative economy act. Following months of silence, TCDC has finally announced its move to Charoenkrung Road’s Central Post Office building will take effect early next year. Here, BK talks to Apisit Laistrooglai, Vice President of Office of Knowledge Management and Development (OKMD) and Director General of TCDC, about what the move will mean for the organization and Bangkok’s riverside.
