Fans of mod Sin cuisine and veteran chef Shen Tan's food will love this brunch buffet, which includes all of the restaurant's offerings: signature dishes including the Indomie-inspired har zi meen, claypot rice with five spice pork, and coconut pannacotta with gula melaka. Choose from the two-course ($47) or three-course ($55) set depending on how hungry (or indulgent) you're feeling. The menu includes good old English classic like chip butties, roast pork belly with cider sauce, roast beef sirloin with Yorkshire pudding and gravy, as well as apple pie a la mode and sides of roast potatoes, carrots and mushrooms.
