The latest food truck in town, Hip Hot Dogs and Burgers is the project of a private speedboat business owner and his food-loving friend. Its specialty is, you guessed it, hot dogs and burgers. The signature Hip Burger features a patty topped with egg, bacon, onion and their special sauce. Other special ingredients such as  mushroom or foie gras are available occasionally.
