Battling dementia, the septigenarian darling of Thai fashion opens her pop-up on Friday.
The new ensemble, formed by Bangkok Symphony Orchestra’s principal members such as Siripong Tiptan, Omporn Kowintha, and Yukihisa Nakagawa, welcomes two renowned Thai string players: violinist Pissot Saay Op-Oua and violist Miti Wisuthumporn. The program includes Mozart’s “String Quintet No.4 in G minor K.516,” M.L. Usni Pramoj’s “String Quintet No.1 in E minor” and Beethoven’s “String Quartet No.9 Op.59 no.3.”
