After the break for the World Cup Qualifiers the TPL is back this weekend and there are four games taking place in the capital. On Saturday, in Bangkok-proper, BEC Tero Sasana host Sisaket at Thephasadin Stadium (True Sport 2). Out in Pathum Thani, both home sides should fancy their chances as Police United welcome struggling Sriracha to the Thammasat Stadium (True Preview 9), and Bangkok Glass are at home to bottom club TOT (NBT 11). The Glass Rabbits will not want a repeat of the embarrassing 2-1 defeat they suffered in the reverse fixture. On Sunday, Thai Port host Osotspa-Saraburi at the PAT Stadium (T-Sports, 4pm). Port steadied the ship with a 1-0 win at Army United, but it was an unconvincing performance, suggesting the Port Lions can’t relax until they have a few more points on the board. Army are away at Chiang Rai on Saturday (True 69) and also need to try and pick up some valuable points while Muangthong don’t have a game.

There’s not too much going on in Division 1 in the capital this weekend. Second-place Buriram FC visit the Bang Mod Stadium in Thonburi – home of Bangkok FC (4pm). The Iron Bulls are in the relegation zone and two points adrift of the nearest team, Samut Prakan Customs. Also on Saturday, leaders BBCU host bottom club RBAC at the Army Stadium in Din Daeng; it should be a stroll in the park for the Pink Panthers. On Sunday, Air Force United can go a long way to ending their relegation concerns if they can beat struggling Chiang Mai at the Thupatemi Stadium (True 74). Elsewhere, Bangkok United are away at FC Phuket (True 74, Saturday), and JW Rangsit and Thai Honda are away at Rajpracha and Chantaburi respectively (both 4pm on Sunday).
