The folks behind Phrom Phong’s smash-hit bistro Cocotte are opening a new joint at Emquartier called Victoria. Taking over the location previously occupied by Jones the Grocer, it will be a neighbor to its sister restaurant, Mozza by Cocotte, but will be a far cry from the latter's pizza and pasta menu.

The new modern brasserie will be an all-day restaurant offering a wide selection of dishes—like avocado toast, organic roasted chicken, lobster rolls and decadent wagyu prime rib.

The restaurant will open its terrace at 8am every day, offering a vast coffee selection and homemade pastries to get you warmed up for shopping. The new venue is set to open in November.
