In this week’s fixtures troubled Thai Port (see our last blog) are at home to Samut Songkhram on Saturday (True Sport 2, 4pm). TOT are away at TTM Phichit (True 69, 6pm, Saturday), and in the most attractive draw of the weekend, third-place BEC Tero are away at second-place Chonburi, also at 6pm on Saturday (True Sport 2). On Sunday, fourth-place Police United travel to Mahasarakham to take on Khon Kaen (T-Sport, 6pm), Bangkok Glass are at home to bottom-of-the-table Sriracha (True 161, 6pm), while Army draw the short straw and have to take on Buriram PEA at fortress i-Mobile (6pm, True Sport 2). Muangthong’s match against Sisaket has been postponed as the Qilins, who played in the Maldives on Wednesday night – beating Victory F.C 4-0 – have to jet off to Vietnam for another AFC Cup match early next week.
In the capital’s Division 1 games, Rajpracha (3rd) host Buriram F.C (1st) at 4pm on Saturday and Air Force Utd take on Chantaburi (6pm) also on Saturday. On Sunday, BBCU host Bangkok F.C in a Bangkok derby, and Bangkok United are at home to Songkhla. Both games start at 6pm.
