No TPL games this weekend of course, but there are two Division 1 fixtures and both involve Bangkok clubs. Bangkok United are away at Chantaburi in a match which is crucial for United’s play-off chances (Sunday, 4pm). BU have fallen away from the promotion places since the mid-season break, but three points in Chantaburi would breathe life back into their chances of playing in the TPL next season. In the other match, Thai Honda make the long journey to Chiang Mai (Sunday, 6pm). If Honda win then they’ll move out of the relegation zone and leave Chiang Mai – one of the pre-season promotion favourites – in deep trouble.

In the Bangkok Division of the Regional League, there is just one game on Saturday as Thai Airways Luk Isaan host NSRU at Valayalongkorn University in Pathum Thani (4pm). It’s a busier picture on Sunday and Monday though, as six matches take place in Bangkok and the surrounding areas. North Bangkok will hope to get back to winning ways and back into the automatic play-off race as they play Kasem Bundit away (Sunday, 4pm). The pick of the weekend games is Rajvithi v Kasetsart University at the Regency Stadium in Khlong Chan. KU lead the division and Rajvithi are third, but Raj will still have a shout at winning the league if they can win on Sunday. And at 5pm on Sunday, Nonthaburi FC host Prachinburi FC at the Provincial Stadium, Nonthaburi.

On Monday, Globlex FC welcome second place Samut Prakan United to the Ramkamhaeng University Stadium; Bangkok Christian host Thanyaburi United at the Thephasadin Stadium (6pm) and Jamjuree United play Assumption Thonburi at the Chulalongkorn University Stadium at 6pm.

In the Central & East Division, Pathum Thani FC host Rayong FC at the Bangkok University Stadium in Rangsit at 4pm on Sunday.

And, one final reminder, Thailand play Oman at the Rajamangala Stadium at 6pm on Tuesday in their second Group D World Cup Qualifier match. Watch it live on NBT 11 tonight, kick off is at 5pm.
