The big game on Saturday is at the Yamaha Stadium, Nonthaburi as 2009 and 2010 champions Muangthong host former champions BEC Tero Sasana (6pm). Tero who have been on a promising run of late could move back up to third and within two points of Chonburi if they can win. Muangthong, meanwhile, will want to get back to winning ways after their disappointing defeat at Chiang Rai. The title looks beyond them, but they may still feel capable of catching Chonburi in second. Certainly, a draw wouldn’t really help either side. Down in Bangkok-proper, Thai Port will be looking to drag themselves away from relegation danger and into mid-table if they can overcome Sisaket at the PAT Stadium in Khlong Toey (4pm). The one Bangkok club on the road on Saturday is third-place Police United who take on Pattaya in Chonburi (6pm, NBT 11,).

On Sunday, TOT welcome Samut Songkhram to the Yamaha Stadium (6pm, NBT 11). Frustratingly inconsistent Bangkok Glass take on Chiang Rai in Pathum Thani (6pm). The ‘Fighting Beetles’ will leapfrog the Glass Rabbits if they win and leave BG well and truly mired in mid-table. Finally in the TPL, Army United travel to Phichit to take on TTM (6pm).

In Division 1, Air Force United take on Rajpracha at Mahidol University on Saturday (4pm). A lot more action in the capital on Sunday as JW Rangsit host Thai Honda at the Thupatemi Stadium in Pathum Thani (4pm) while RBAC host Bangkok F.C at Rattana Bundit University (4pm). BBCU play Customs Samut Prakan at the Army Stadium, Din Daeng while Bangkok United entertain Chiang Mai at Bangkok University, Rangsit (both at 6pm).
