Situated east of the Ping River in Chiang Mai’s Wat Ket neighborhood, the boutique K Maison Lanna hotel has 19 rooms that blend minimalist, modern design with Lanna touches like woven baskets and rattan chairs. Centered around a heated pool, the hotel is a soothing blend of beige, cream, wood and natural greenery revealed through floor-to-ceiling windows. Rooms range from the 23-sq-meter Classic Corner (from B4,900/night) to the two-level, 49-sq-meter Lanna Duplex (from B9,900/night). The hotel’s Bangkok branch debuted in 2015.
