Appia

At Appia, we’ve brought the Roman trattoria to Bangkok. At Appia, our mission to serve this style of cooking — rustic, satisfying, and uncompromising in quality — in a casual environment. Our pastas are made fresh daily, and meats like porchetta — pork stuffed with fennel pollen, garlic and rosemary — are roasted behind the bar. We have a great selection of Italian cold cuts and cheeses, and serve Mediterranean seafood and imported meats treated with simplicity and respect.

Baan

Chef Thitid Tassanakajohn (of the one Michelin-star Le Du) retreats from the modernist culinary techniques he learned in New York in favor of homey, everyday Thai meals. Co-run by his younger brother Chaisiri and girlfriend Manintorn Maksiri, Baan dishes out unpretentious meals which prove chic, high-quality dining can be delivered at pocket-friendly prices—and in a strikingly modern yet inviting space.
