The building which houses the Screening Room has now come under a single management (Coriander Leaf Group) with the establishment of 12 Ann Siang, a five-storey building on Ann Siang Hill that now features two new concepts in addition to the third floor cinema and the rooftop bar. The new F&B concepts are a speakeasy style bar called Catchfly and grill house Coriander Leaf Grill. 

Catchfly, helmed by New York mixologist Liam Baer (also bar manager for Screening Room), will sit on the basement of the building, where you'll get to taste Baer's signature herbs-and-spices forward cocktails. Expect luxurious decor with industrial touches. 

On the first floor, Coriander Leaf Grill will offer dishes inspired by Asian flavors, along with a collection of wines and beers. The restaurant will also come with an alfresco area plus a studio above the grill house which can hold private events and parties. Meanwhile, the rooftop bar gets a refreshed menu too, and will see new cocktail items and bar bites.
