Established in 1994 in Ebisu, Tokyo, Ota Fine Arts has long defined itself as a pioneer of Japanese contemporary art. Since its sister gallery opened up here in Singapore at Gillman Barracks art-complex in September 2012, it has gone on to present an exciting roster of emerging artists from the “Asian cultural belt” spanning the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Korea, as well as Japan. Look out for works by internationally acclaimed artists like Yayoi Kusama (famous for her collaboration with Louis Vuitton).
