Tiger's Milk
Peruvian rooftop bar and restaurant that specializes in pisco and fresh ceviche
Right atop Ann Siang House is this Peruvian restaurant and cocktail bar. Its breezy and traditional pisco bar-inspired space has a dedicated ceviche bar preparing ceviches or tiraditos (a variation of crudos, which is a German-Chilean dish similar to a steak tartare).

Bites also include the tuna tartare nikkei ($14)--tuna dices mixed with finely chopped avocado and hints of ginger, served with crisp sweet potato and yarn chips; potato-based causas ($16) and salads.
It's also got an extensive selection of pisco and pisco infusions for their range of cocktails, for example the Pisconi ($20)--made of equal parts pisco, Campari and Carpano Rosso with a touch of Amargo Chunco. If pisco isn't your thing, the bar is also shaking up rum and tequila-based cocktails (from $13), too.
