SINGAPORE RESTAURANT

Tamaya Dining

Few restaurants in Singapore can boast the longevity of Tamaya Dining. Opened since late 1998 along Cuppage Terrace, the izakaya-style restaurant remains a firm favorite among Japanese expats and local diners alike. Its menu comprise izakaya classics ranging from sumibiyaki, teppanyaki and kushiage, but also oden and a dedicated sushi counter where diners can feast on omakase menus featuring the freshest seafood imported twice a week from Tsukiji Fish Market. Tamaya also sports a comprehensive beverage menu that carries highballs and sours, sake, shochu, and wine to accommodate all drinking preferences and to accompany their wide range of food.
