Restaurant Andre
Andre Chiang's flagship restaurant has prettily-plated gastronomic dishes full of seasonal ingredients. And a price tag to match.
Hot from a recent renovation and two Michelin stars, celebrity chef Andre Chiang's three-story shop house is now six years old and even has a sister restaurant in Paris. With prix fixe menus for both lunch and dinner, Chiang’s focus on fresh artisanal produce is showcased in exquisite dishes that reflect his roots in Southern French nouvelle cuisine. There are no choices whatsoever, so come with an open mind, a fat pocket and be prepared for whatever Chiang decides to craft based on his "octophilosophy" whose key tenets include "terroir" and "memory". The service is beyond reproach, the clientele well-heeled and the food very good.
