This Aussie-style fish bar and bistro—an anchor tenant of Quayside Isle—offers some of the freshest catches in town, with seafood being flown in on the same day. There's also a fine selection of wines and cocktails.

The menu is pretty diverse, with a wide range of seafood options on offer. For starters, there are freshly shucked Normandy, Scottish, Irish, Fanny Bay, Coffin Bay oysters to be had, from $4 apiece. There are also small plates, such as horseradish marinated yellowfin tuna tartare ($18) and Hokkaido scallops crudo ($19) to whet your appetite.
For mains, try the baked barramundi ($29), served on a bed of Australian leek fondue and drizzled with brown buttered carrot puree. The fish is crisp on the outside and flaky inside, pairing with the carrot puree perfectly. Other popular mains include the tiger beer battered turbot ($24) and the signature chilli crab linguine ($28). There are non-seafood options as well, such as the grilled Cajun iberico pork rack ($43) and the US 365 days grain-fed ribeye steak ($45).
End your meal on a sweet note with the homemade tiramisu ($14). The restaurant's rendition of this classic Italian dessert is rich, moist and flavorful. There are also chocolate coated strawberries ($9), as well as white truffle flavored lava chocolate cake ($12), which is sure to satisfy chocolate lovers.
