Housed on the second level of One Fullerton, this hidden gem can be accessed via a lift at the side door of the old Butter Factory grounds. A narrow hallway of Italian-inspired décor leads into the classy and elegant dining hall, which is spotted with beautiful incandescent light bulb chandeliers, comfortable black leather sofa-like chairs and edgy metal touches—to say nothing of that panoramic view that overlooks the bay. While they do have a a six-course Degustation Menu ($148++) and the five-course Classic Menu ($118), chef Yohhei Sasaki has recently launched a new “a la carte” menu that has a strong focus on fresh seafood with touches of lobster and fish throughout.
