F.R.I.E.N.D.S fans rejoice! The show might be over, but you can take a trip down memory lane as the Central Perk Cafe or better touted as the F.R.I.E.N.D.S cafe is now open in Singapore, and it does live up to its reputation. It also happens to be the only cafe outside the United States to be granted Intellectual Property rights by Warner Brothers.

Much attention has been paid to the details as the interiors of the cafe are exactly similar to what you have seen in the show, sporting a chill and cozy atmosphere with neon lights, couches and exposed brick walls, and can house up to 100 people at a time. Besides this, the cafe has a studio extension, and fans can also expect to see Rachael’s runaway bride dress, Phoebe’s car in her guitar case, Monica’s kitchen, and Chandler and Joey’s foosball table, to rekindle all those nostalgic memories. They also have an indoor recreation of the streets of New York.

Fans would probably recognize all the food items on the menu as they have been adapted from the show itself. So you can expect to find dishes like Janice’s Oh my God baby back ribs ($39), Ross’s Ahh Unagi ($36), Chandler’s Thanksgiving chicken ($36) and other representative dishes from the show which include pizzas, pastas, ice-creams and more. The cafe has also teamed up with local coffee brewers in town to create six different blends of coffee which are characteristic of the six protagonists of the show. Their coffee prices start at $4 and goes up to $8. You can find blends like the smoky blend which is profiled after Chandler or the full Italian roast with an American blend which is profiled after Joey.
