Popular millefeuille pancake cafe from Osaka ventures outside Japan for the first time, in a small but prominent corner of Bugis Junction. Belle-ville's signature jiggly souffle-style Japanese pancakes come in savory and fruity variations, each made-to-order with hand-whipped egg whites for a light, airy treat.
Popular millefeuille pancake cafe from Japan carves a space for itself in Singapore for the first time, in a small but prominent corner of Bugis Junction shopping mall. Brought in by the Sunpark group, the brand was first established in 1958 in Osaka, Japan, and shot to fame for their jiggly souffle-style pancakes.
At the 30-seater Singapore branch—Belle-ville’s first overseas outpost—choose from a variety of savory and sweet flavors like the Matcha Azuki ($12.20 for four pieces), grilled apple with house-made caramel ($12.20 for four), and strawberry and mixed berry ($14.40 for four). Each stack is made-to-order with fresh yolks, Hokkaido milk, and hand-whipped egg whites for a light, airy Japanese dessert.
To quench your thirst, the cafe also sells teas from Okinawa Tea Factory, juices, and coffees ranging from single-origin blend ($4.80) to Viennese ($6.80).
