Les Diables, which literally means ‘the devils’ in French, is run by former Mandarin Oriental’s executive patisserie chef, Peter Webber, and his partner. This place offers all-day-dining international cuisine and selected Thai dishes including its recommended Norwegian cod with chips, mushy peas, ketchup and homemade tartare sauce (B395). This place also specializes in homemade cakes (from B125) such as chocolate truffle cake, carrot cake and red velvet cake.
