For a homey and traditional French dining experience, head to Nathalie's Gourmet Studio, spearheaded by the self-taught Chef Nathalie Arbefuille. Both a restaurant and cooking school, it is not the place for haughty dining but rather where you'd go for that relaxed eating-in-your-friends front room kind of vibe. Check out dishes like the landaise salad with duck confit, smoked duck and foie gras, king prawns with braseola, vegetable mille-feullie and a local favourite with a French twist, the ikan kurau (yellow snapper) in herb crust, green pea puree with mint flavours.
