The brainchild of the people behind the super succesful Tom, Dick and Harry pub have created a restaurant dedicated to pork dishes. They seem to have the magic touch as this cavernous place, with a slightly underground vaults vibe thanks to the arched ceiling, is certainly generating plenty of buzz. We say go for the lam yee fried pork belly for a savoury meal or try the angel hair pasta with caramelised rost pork for a taste of fusion. The mother dish of them all?
