Yest Works Coffee Roastery

Asoke’s new coffee roastery looks like an old-school apothecary.

With its dark wooden frontage and walls lined with small black and brown bottles, you might mistake this place for an old-school apothecary or a branch of Aesop’s, but those aren’t pills or cosmetics they’re touting. They do, however, approach coffee like scientists, charting their eight different roasts on precise flavor diagrams.

Roasted in-house in everything from Italian to Cinnamon, their beans are sourced from far-flung Columbia, Guatemala, Brazil, Papua New Guinea, and—their key focus—Thailand. They can be purchased as beans to brew at home (from B370/200g) or as take away drinks like drip coffee (B170) from the small counter out front.

A membership program, currently operated through Line but with an app in the works, grants customers to 20-percent off beans and 30-percent off signature drinks. You can also purchase and soft cookies, while cold brew and coffee jelly will soon be available too.
