Rain Hill's much-loved American restaurant Shuffle has branched out to Central Eastville.

Here, the name is slightly different, White Shuffle, and so too is the concept. Chef Krisada "Nick" Chintakananda's New American cuisine remains the focus, but where the original felt like a craft beer-fueled, after-work hangout, this is more of an all-day affair. 

You can expect breakfast-y dishes like the light-yet-flavorful mashed avocado and ricotta on toast with beetroot puree (B250) and yogurt and housemade Thai-fruit granola (B170), plus buttermilk pancakes, salads, steaks and pasta.

We especially like the thick-cut brioche French toast (B250), which is a decadent combination of fresh fruits, bacon strips and pecan caramel mascarpone cream. 

While beers like La Trappe, Brewdog and Weihenstephan are available on tap, drinks are more centered on coffee and cold-pressed juices to match the cafe vibe. The medium-roasted house blend coffee starts at B80 while cold-pressed juice is B170/bottle.
