As the name suggests, this classic American steakhouse takes its beef seriously, serving only certified Angus beef and other meaty favorites. Despite the elegant decor of velvet cusions and leather seats, the food is casual and homey with dishes like pork chops, BBQ ribs and, of course, steaks including the New York strip loin, rib eye and filet mignon. The dessert menu is equally filled with American favorites, including apple crumble, home-made cheesecake and hot fudge brownie.
