TE Time and Space
A long-term tea favorite opens a leafy, multi-story cafe.
Artisan tea specialist TE finally has a home in a leafy, multi-story cafe and workshop on Thonglor Soi 25.
Since 2014, TE has specialized in loose-leaf, pure and blended teas sourced from far-flung places like China’s Fujian province, as well as from Thailand’s own plantations up north. The tea purveyor’s grown to wide recognition among tea lovers, and is served in Roast, Supanniga, One Ounce for Onion and Phed Phed among other places.
At the new, homey tea house you’ll find hot brewed tea as well as refreshing tea-based mocktails, like the Midsummer Dream, a blend of rose, hibiscus, and mulberry green tea with passionfruit juice (B140), or a milky latte made from their roasted purple rice blend (B120).
Complement your tea a buttery scone (B45) from Scone and Me, which comes with whipped butter and tangy raspberry jam, or a financier (B80) infused with earl grey or rose.
Upstairs is a workshop space, where the masters craft new tea blends. Come for one of the tea tasting workshops, held twice a month for B2,000 per person.
