After its first branch in Thailand took Phra Khanong by storm, Japanese gelateria Rintaro is now branching out with a second joint in Ari. 

 

The highlights are their 18 flavors of seasonal ice cream, which rotate daily. Owner Shintaro Nakajima sources ingredients from local farmers to whip up flavors like Chumphon cacao with caramel nuts, Chantaburi mangosteen, and Chiang Rai passionfruit. Other showstoppers include the zippy yuzu honey and Japanese soya ice cream topped with a heap of kinako (roasted soybean powder) and glutinous, chewy mochi. 

 

For B120, you can pick a combination of two flavors while selecting a cone of your choice—maple or cacao, both of which come piping hot from the pan. For those with an insatiable hunger for sweets, they also have a take home option (B900 for 750g).
