Phil Café 61

The latest artisanal coffee roaster to call Ekkamai home.

From an old-school ‘70s-era home, a Malaysian-born roaster applies a perfection eye for detail to brewing. Single-origin beans and blends are all roasted in-house and you’ll find Phil’s coffee at many of your favorite cafes across town. Try the Rwanda Musasa Dukunde for a raisin and plum-inflected filter coffee to go with a tasty croissant. Coffee fanatics can also sign up for one of their online subscriptions which deliver a curated selection of beans to your door.

Malaysian-born Taiwanese artisanal coffee roaster Han Wang has moved from his roastery of three years in Bangna and opened up Phil Café 61.

The coffees here are made with local and international single-origin beans, as well as house blends, all roasted in-house. Try a shot of Panama Casa Ruiz (B140) for a strawberry, fruit cake-like scent.

Homemade granola (B145) and baked items are also available.
