There are three main types of tea served: hot tea (B180-450/pot), matcha (B450-1,980/bowl) and latte matcha (B150/200ml). Each kind is brewed using a different technique to get the most out of the leaves. Green tea lovers should try the ceremonial grade matcha prepared as koicha (thick tea).
