The fourth-generation owner of Bangrak’s Panlee Bakery, Janin Watanatepong, has given the place a big revamp, and also expanded his family’s brand with a new dessert cafe. The Japanese-style Pan Café serves small versions of popular desserts like crepes, toasts and pancakes at wallet-friendly prices, as well as breakfast sets from 6am-10am. Try the Tokyo matcha toast topped with green tea ice cream.
