Japanese Iron Chef Miyuki Igarashi owns the eight-year-old brand, rolling out dishes like Japanese kakuni (braised pork belly) in a sauce made from seven kinds of Chinese chili peppers, black beans, garlic and peanut (B540).
Also try the seabass jelly with wasabi sauce (B280) and stir-fried crab and glass noodles with XO sauce (B440).
