The Commons' low-and-slow barbecue offering is all about ribs—and pretty much ribs alone. There are two options: the standout eight-hour-roasted beef ribs and the six-hour-roasted pork ribs. Both are cooked in a smokehouse with their own recipe of rubs and barbecue sauce. Side dishes are made fresh daily, including mashed potato, cornbread, coleslaw, corn salad and winter salad.

Having made appearances as a food truck at pop-up markets for almost a year, ribs specialist Meat & Bones has finally found a permanent residence at Thonglor's buzzing Commons community mall.

The most buzzed-about barbecue opening since Smokin' Pug, this joint is all about ribs—and pretty much ribs alone. There are two options: the standout 8-hour-roasted beef ribs (B480) and 6-hour-roasted pork ribs (B280), both cooked in a smokehouse with their own recipe of rubs and barbecue sauce. 

Side dishes are made fresh daily, including mashed potato, cornbread (both B60 for small and B80 for large), coleslaw, corn salad and winter salad (B40 for small and B60 for large).
