Rama IV office workers are mad for this new restaurant
Already popular among Rama IV’s workday crowds, MAD is the brainchild of Le Cordon Bleu Paris-trained chef Sugunya “Skye” Supwarasit, who boasts stints at Cocotte, TacoChela and Noma’s sister venue, Restaurant 108. Considering Skye’s globe-spanning background, the menu naturally skews toward Western comfort food: pork ribs with a honey and whiskey glaze (B320); single, double and triple wagyu burgers (B390/B620/B850); grilled seabass with smoked potato sauce (B290).
