This Pinklao restaurant is all about shrimp.
The people behind Lord of the Shrimp boast of some 50 years in the shrimp farming business.
Here, they use their own shrimp oil and stock in signature dishes like shrimp bisque curry rice (B110-B230) and spicy shrimp sashimi (B220).
To share, order a B910 platter that features grilled shrimps with three sauces (garlic butter, peri peri, tom yum mayoon), fried shrimps glazed with sweet soy ginger, as well as fried breaded shrimps.
Wash it all down with soda drinks (B85) in flavors like strawberry and pineapple-mint-lime.
