Ekkamai's coffee bar Kohi is making all the right moves.
Not only do they roast their beans (currently single-origins from Pha Tang and Pangkhon in Chiang Rai) in-house, but they're also making a stand for sustainability: all their takeaway cups, straws and napkins are made from biodegradable materials.
Order up an espresso or Americano (both B90) made with Pha Tang beans for notes of citrus, nut and brown sugar.
For something more refreshing, try the iced Espresso Coconut Water (B110), which uses freshly extracted coconut water, fresh lime and mint to balance out the acidity of the coffee.
Pair your drink with a slice of tofu cheesecake (B70) or a chocolate brownie (B65).
