Water Library’s former chef breaks away with his own restaurant.
Following eight years as chef de cuisine at Water Library Chamchuri, Mirco Keller is gearing up to launch his own restaurant, Keller, on Jan 15. Located in a grandiose, colonial-style house down a quiet Suan Phlu soi, the venue is an ethereal haven of baby pink hues, velour covered banquettes and gold accents.
Available a la carte or as a four-course set menu (B2,400), the contemporary European line-up features must-tries like the Duck Duck Duck (B590), which sees duck presented in three forms—tongue, neck and smoked—served with homemade green dumplings, straw mushrooms and a velvet sauce, and the Charred Galician Octopus (B790), served with celeriac puree, polenta and a red wine butter. An exciting wine list curated by Cloud Wines, a retail concept from Wine Garage, will also be available.
