An all-day modern Indian brunch canteen from the Gaa team.
Chef Garima Arora and company put a refreshing twist to your typical brunch fare at Here, an all-day modern Indian canteen located on the airy, sun-dappled ground floor of the same house that accommodates their soon-to-open Gaa.
From 7:30am until 5pm, drop in for wholesome, Indian breakfast dishes, like toast loaded with either fresh homemade cheese and grilled rose (B350) or smashed spiced eggfruit and eggs (B350); black rice dosa with house-made butter, coconut-jaggery chutney, and South Indian gunpowder and ghee (B240); and masala egg bhurji with sourdough toast and butter pav (B220). Smaller bites include tea snacks like Bombay potatoes and sev (crunchy, spiced noodles made from chickpea flour paste; B60), or chicken red curry with pork crackling (B60).
The sweets are just as interesting. Try the kulfi (no-churn ice cream), which comes in flavors like peanut butter and dark chocolate (B90) and pickled lime and yuzu (B90).
For drinks, expect flavorful masala or ginger chai (B90), as well as more unusual offerings, including the tangy strawberry kombucha (B110) and Rooh Afza (concentrated squash) and lychee milk (B120).
