French artisan boulangerie opens at new Singha Complex.
The new Singha Complex has brought with it a taste of Paris, courtesy of the French artisan boulangerie by the pastry chef, cookbook author and TV presenter, Gontran Cherrier. Having trained alongside Alain Passard at the three-Michelin-starred l’Arpège in Paris, the eponymous owner opened his own patisserie in 2010, which now has three branches in France and over 30 across Asia and Australia, including Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul and Melbourne. Try a classic flaky almond croissant (B110) or an extravagant pistachio raspberry tart (B150) with an iced cappuccino (B125), or go savory with a ham and cheese sandwich (B250).
